Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems strategy, roadmap, and architecture for the GTM engine
• Architect integration and data flow strategy across the revenue tech stack with Salesforce as the system of record
• Lead large business systems implementations, including requirements gathering and vendor evaluation
• Serve as primary administrator for the business operations tool stack
• Manage critical workflows including lead routing, attribution, account hierarchy, and CPQ
• Maintain data governance frameworks, technical maps, and system documentation
• Oversee security settings, user access reviews, and compliance requirements
• Identify and pilot AI-powered enhancements to improve efficiency

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce Strategy experience with advanced technical skills
• 4+ years managing multiple interconnected systems (CRM, Marketing, BI, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows
• Hands-on CPQ experience (Nue preferred)
• Experience leading application implementations and gathering stakeholder requirements
• Proven track record of managing data quality at scale
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Data or similar lead routing tools
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models including PLG and ABM
• Experience with Intercom and SPIFF
