Senior Manager, HRIS and Talent Systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support day-to-day operations of the Workday HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates and enhancements
• Develop and maintain the Workday roadmap by analyzing system capabilities and business needs
• Generate reports and dashboards to support Talent Team initiatives, audits, and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting via Jira
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes through automation
• Conduct monthly data audits and maintain confidential personnel files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in HRIS-related fields
• Workday Pro HCM core certification
• At least 3 years of direct Workday configuration and administration experience
• Proven experience leading Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in K-12 education or non-profit fields
