Senior Manager, IT

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations as a working manager for a global team (US, India)
• Manage JIRA 24/7 help desk coverage and system reliability
• Build and maintain robust systems for process visibility and regulatory compliance
• Optimize costs and manage vendor relationships and renewal cycles
• Implement and manage security policies and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and KPI tracking
• Serve as the primary IT liaison to leadership and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of IT operations experience
• 2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Proficiency in Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace, and Jira
• Experience architecting scalable solutions within resource constraints
• Experience with vendor management and compliance documentation
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience managing remote or international teams
• Experience supporting SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 frameworks
• Experience managing enterprise IT operations for a distributed workforce
