Responsibilities

  • Oversee the IT portfolio and prioritize initiatives based on business value
  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple IT projects using PM methodologies like Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and project delivery quality
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of six people
  • Collaborate with senior executives to implement IT strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management
  • Deep understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Monday, or Trello
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions on significant matters
