Senior Manager of Special Projects

About the Company

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. We provide large insurers with software solutions ranging from self-service claim-filing to backend fraud detection, acting as the engine that powers claims processing for some of the largest insurers in the world.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of company priorities, from problem framing to implementation
• Structure complex problems using analytical frameworks and turn data into actionable recommendations
• Prepare executive-ready materials including strategic memos and internal communications
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal
• Manage the day-to-day strategic agenda by tracking key initiatives and flagging blockers
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client engagement teams to solve cross-functional issues
• Develop customer-facing strategic meeting materials such as decks and memos

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• 2-3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG or equivalent)
• Experience in an operating role within a fast-moving environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical horsepower and ability to build strategic frameworks from scratch
• Execution-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership
