Senior Manager, Strategic Launch

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 6–8 Strategic Launch Managers delivering complex, high-ACV implementations
• Set the standard for excellence on strategic accounts from kickoff through go-live
• Own escalation resolution and act as the senior point of presence for strategic customers
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to scale the implementation model for upmarket growth
• Drive repeatability in bespoke execution by identifying opportunities for systematization
• Improve leading indicators and early warning systems to surface risk and ensure reliable delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years managing implementation or delivery teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Experience with complex, enterprise-level engagements
• Proven track record of building repeatable processes for high-variability work
• Experience as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exceptional data analysis skills to track metrics and inform decisions
• Experience leading implementations involving 3rd-party API integrations
