Senior Manager, Strategy

Responsibilities

• Assess internal and external risk and opportunities to drive business decisions
• Analyze and synthesize data to develop clear recommendations
• Collaborate with the Strategy team and leaders on the Strategic Plan
• Scope and plan projects including setting goals, milestones, and metrics
• Lead and support projects that drive financial and operational performance
• Conduct end-to-end problem solving using qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Leverage agentic AI to reach robust answers faster
• Create clear and compelling communications for internal and external audiences
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership
• Drive change and improve organizational ways of working

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy or related work (Consulting, FP&A, Corp Dev, or Banking)
• Ability to travel 10-20%
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with agentic AI
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant Master's degree
• Combination of top-tier strategy consulting and in-house experience
