Senior Medical Science Liaison

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, clinical investigators, and key stakeholders in psychiatry
• Serve as the primary medical resource in the field, delivering accurate scientific information
• Support scientific education at national and regional psychiatry conferences and advisory boards
• Gather and communicate field insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy
• Provide clinical and scientific input to R&D, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams
• Support clinical trial site identification, enrollment initiatives, and investigator-initiated trials
• Provide scientific expertise in policy discussions and stakeholder briefings for Government Affairs and HEOR
• Partner with leadership to develop core training programs and field materials for MSL onboarding

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of MSL or related medical affairs experience
• Required experience in psychiatry or CNS therapeutic areas
• Proven track record supporting companies from pre-launch through launch
• Deep understanding of psychiatric disease states and the U.S. healthcare landscape
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 60%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging with policy, government affairs, or advocacy stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM systems and compliant field operations
