Senior Organizational Culture and Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Map and improve all employee touchpoints (onboarding, retention, offboarding)
• Create and execute projects to strengthen internal culture through campaigns and events
• Conduct and analyze climate and engagement surveys to drive practical actions
• Develop strategies for Employer Branding to enhance company reputation
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership
• Influence culture-related decisions by working with different areas and leaders
• Manage end-to-end projects from planning to delivery

Requirements

• Practical experience with Organizational Culture and Employee Experience (EX)
• Experience in Employer Branding
• Direct experience with climate/engagement surveys and data analysis
• Experience in Change Management
• Experience structuring and facilitating onboarding and cultural rituals
• Project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
• Knowledge of digital climate survey tools (e.g., FeedZup, Culture Amp)
• Previous experience in technology companies or dynamic environments
• Intermediate to advanced English
