7taps is a training delivery platform built for the way people actually absorb information: short, sharp, and on-the-go. Enterprise teams use it to reach their whole workforce and prove the training got done. Its customers are major enterprises like Amazon and Tesla.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end-to-end from early concept to shipped feature
• Design systems and flows across a complex multi-sided platform
• Collaborate closely with engineers and the broader team to define and validate product hypotheses
• Work within and help evolve an existing design system
• Communicate thinking clearly in synchronous settings and iterate immediately

Requirements

• Systems thinking and ability to design coherent experiences
• Ability to drive tasks to completion autonomously
• Strong communication of ideas and trade-offs
• Experience with enterprise B2B intuition (bulk operations, admin workflows, permissions)
• Solid visual craft
• Fluency in Russian

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency
