Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own design for a major feature area from concept to launch, defining and iterating experiences that improve user outcomes and commercial KPIs.
• Drive product teams toward clarity on product vision and resolve cross-functional dependencies with product and engineering leads.
• Deliver comprehensive work including interaction details, edge cases, dark mode, and localization/RTL.
• Work fluently within and extend existing design systems.
• Use rapid and AI-assisted prototyping to compress the distance between idea and testable artefact.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
• Present design decisions with confidence to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping impactful digital products at scale.
• End-to-end expertise in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design thinking.
• Fluency with design systems.
• Working fluency with AI tools in the design process for exploration, prototyping, and research.
• Proven experience distilling data and research into design decisions.
• Experience operating as a strategic partner in multi-disciplinary setups.
• Strong portfolio of mobile-first work featuring deep-dive case studies on process and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for the Middle East market or Arabic/RTL products.
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences such as assistants or generative features.
• Experience with multi-vertical super apps.
