Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Provide design leadership and guidance to junior team members
• Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design AI-empowered workflows and product experiences
• Contribute to patterns, shared practices, and design consistency

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product design
• Proficiency in Figma and complementary design tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Excellent visual design skills including typography, color, and layout
• Experience with design systems and maintaining design libraries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for complex, enterprise-level B2B or B2C applications
• Experience designing AI-empowered product experiences or machine learning products
• Understanding of trust and transparency patterns in AI-enabled experiences
