Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Influence product strategy by identifying impact opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional peers
• Apply appropriate research methodologies to empathize with customer challenges and develop deep problem knowledge
• Leverage AI prototyping to explore conceptual ideas and iterate on functional flows
• Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with a high bar for quality, interaction design, and velocity
• Lead compelling vision initiatives to visualize the direction of travel and innovation opportunities
• Solve problems holistically using systems thinking to ensure scalability and architectural consistency
• Communicate persuasively through storytelling to build consensus and navigate feedback
• Advocate for and contribute to the company design system (Norma)
• Champion experience principles including simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility

Requirements

• An impressive product design portfolio demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process
• Proven ability to identify complex problems and deliver delightful, high-impact user interfaces
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to manage complex domains autonomously
• Excellent persuasive communication and storytelling skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience collaborating effectively with product and engineering counterparts in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions (e.g., HRTech, FinTech)
• Experience working in a fully remote or asynchronous work environment
