Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Hunt for data and customer opportunities using internal tools and direct user testing
• Make product decisions by balancing intuition, data, and research
• Design product solutions and craft concepts using tools like Figma, Claude, or Cursor
• Partner closely with engineering pods to deliver customer value
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system
• Bridge digital software with real-world physical operations
• Drive alignment across stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design at fast-moving companies
• Experience as a product design generalist (research, UI, systems thinking)
• Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent design foundations in hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design
• Ability to handle ambiguity and break down complex problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at B2B companies
• Experience designing for physical real-world processes
• Familiarity with frontend code and component systems
