Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI skills and reasoning
  • Conduct customer discovery to validate AI skills against live workflows
  • Define quality bars, evaluation sets, and guardrails for LLM outputs
  • Prioritize the backlog based on broker value and technical feasibility
  • Manage prompt, context, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) design

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management
  • Experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered features to real users
  • Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools like Claude, Cursor, or Replit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RAG and prompt engineering
  • Background in CRE, proptech, or vertical SaaS
  • Experience building AI assistants, copilots, or agentic products
