Responsibilities

• Reimagine product experiences for clients and therapists in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Clinical stakeholders
• Develop creative solutions to business problems by addressing pain points within the product experience
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-offs based on business objectives
• Define product requirements and user stories for Engineering and Design teams
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data through usability research to guide product direction
• Analyze user feedback and platform activities to iterate and enhance user experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role
• Experience with user-facing products in fast-moving environments
• Strong process and systems thinking skills
• Experience working in complex operations environments with many edge cases
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to use operational data and metrics to drive decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-powered automation, LLM-based workflows, or AI-enabled product design
• Experience in healthcare operations, ABA therapy, insurance workflows, or regulated industries
• Exposure to workflow automation, intake tools, or internal tools design
• Experience with iterations and experimentation
