Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and evolution of critical products related to pedagogical or financial problems
• Define relevant problems and prioritize initiatives based on data and strategic context
• Monitor and evolve end-to-end product metrics
• Lead discovery cycles using hypotheses, experiments, and validation
• Align stakeholders across different areas and seniority levels
• Work with technical teams to transform architecture, scalability, and security challenges into product initiatives
• Contribute to the development of the product team and disseminate best practices

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple product initiatives in complex and ambiguous scenarios
• Strategic vision for medium and long-term product evolution
• Data fluency with autonomy in defining and monitoring product and business metrics
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
• Integration of AI tools into the workflow (analysis, discovery, documentation, prototyping)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-driven solutions or products
• Experience with APIs, integrations, events, microservices, or internal platforms
• Ability to discuss technical architecture and engineering trade-offs
• Experience in education, fintech, or large-scale B2B2C products
