Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
• Define product vision and maintain a roadmap for short and long-term releases
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer pain points and requirements
• Write well-crafted EPICs and user stories defining problems, goals, and success metrics
• Coordinate product launches and release plans with Design, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Work closely with engineering and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company strategy
• Utilize data analytics to drive product discovery and validate design solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building technology-powered products
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management and roadmap development
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban methodologies
• Strong ability to conduct market research and deep-dive into problem discovery
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and independent working environment
