Senior Product Manager, Data Platform

Arbital Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and actuarial leader that centralizes, measures, and adjudicates value-based care contracts at scale. Co-founded by industry veterans from LiveRamp and Datavant, we enable payers and providers to design and execute value-based agreements with greater transparency and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Arbital's data pipeline platform, including ingestion, transformation, and AI consumption layers
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications for platform features and automation tooling
• Work directly with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship pipeline improvements
• Develop deep fluency in Arbital's data models, pipeline architecture, and healthcare data standards
• Run SQL queries and review pipeline outputs to inform product decisions and support debugging
• Define standards for data quality, deduplication, and pipeline observability
• Partner with Implementation, Actuarial, and Data Science teams to align pipeline investments with business strategy

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product management
• At least 2 years owning data platform, data infrastructure, or data pipeline products
• Strong technical foundation with ability to read data schemas and write SQL
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and a strong bias toward quality in data products
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, value-based care)
• Hands-on experience with Airflow, Databricks, Python, dbt, or AWS data services
• Background in value-based care, actuarial modeling, or population health analytics
• Experience building configurable, multi-tenant data pipelines at scale
• Familiarity with BI tooling such as Sigma or Looker
