Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product development with a customer-first, agile mindset
• Conduct discovery with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to uncover opportunities
• Shape and execute the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define success metrics and use data to guide product iteration
• Partner with Engineering and QA/QC to prioritize features and address defects

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or AI
• 3+ years of experience in construction or building construction technology
• Proven track record of owning 0 to 1 feature development
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Systems thinking approach to solving complex problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large, complex U.S. construction projects
• Familiarity with lean construction, CPM scheduling, or pull planning
