Senior Product Manager Education, AI & Professional Development

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development offerings
• Lead AI-driven product innovation by translating emerging AI capabilities into practical learning experiences
• Own P&L outcomes including revenue growth, pricing strategy, and margin performance
• Build continuous feedback loops by analyzing behavioral data and learner insights
• Co-own go-to-market success with marketing, growth, sales, and delivery teams
• Evaluate AI education services for potential acquisition or build decisions
• Ensure responsible, ethical, and effective use of AI in education products

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience with ownership of strategy and roadmap
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling EdTech or curriculum-based products
• Must-have instructional design experience and deep understanding of learning theory
• Experience owning or influencing P&L, pricing, and financial forecasting
• Daily applied experience with AI tools, specifically Claude with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in product management, AI, or professional education
• Familiarity with real estate professional education or career development models
