Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Treering Yearbooks
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
• Define and monitor key product metrics including activation, engagement, and retention
• Leverage product analytics and user feedback to identify trends and improvement areas
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Marketing
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years in a senior-level product management role
• Proven experience owning product portfolios from strategy through execution
• Success delivering customer-facing products in SaaS, consumer, or B2B2C environments
• Strong experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or GA
• Experience working within Agile product development environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, consumer products, publishing, or marketplace businesses
• Experience with AI-powered features, personalization, or recommendation systems
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
