Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for IT teams supporting Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and other Corporate Functions
• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities, maintain roadmaps, and align delivery with business objectives
• Manage and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and release plans
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities
• Document all work in Azure DevOps in accordance with established standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources systems
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial operations
• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
