Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels
• Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other native/content discovery platforms
• Lead creative testing initiatives by developing structured frameworks to test hooks, formats, and messaging at scale
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across the funnel
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and iterate on ad content
• Identify new inventory sources and audience opportunities to expand reach

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns
• Mandatory experience with Taboola
• Experience with platforms like NewsBreak, Outbrain, or Revcontent is a strong plus
• Extensive experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and creative performance analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment
