Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams
• Engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and dependency management
• Ensure stability and uptime of owned products and services
• Improve quality, performance, and reliability of products
• Track key performance metrics including Uptime Rate, Defect Detection Rate, and Delivery Rate
• Manage effective prioritization, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables
• Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain stakeholder transparency
• Drive continuous improvements in team processes and communication

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or digital product environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (backend, frontend, DevOps)
• Track record of delivering complex projects with strict reliability requirements
• Ability to work with data-driven KPIs to improve operational excellence
• Experience with fast release cycles and live customer-facing platforms
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency

• Experience within the iGaming industry
