Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches
• Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth
• Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences
• Design and run internal and customer-facing change management
• Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work and coordinate solutions
• Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance
• Build feedback loops to turn launch data into action
• Continuously improve the launch operating system

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a SaaS or technology GTM environment
• Demonstrated ownership of change management for internal teams and external customers
• Strong analytical orientation with ability to define and define success metrics
• Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management
• Strong facilitation and operating-rhythm skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI or product analytics tools
• Experience using AI/LLM tools for workflow automation
• Cannabis or regulated industry experience
• Background working in or alongside a Revenue Operations function
