Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and global cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
• Create and maintain delivery roadmaps based on client priorities and backlogs
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including tasks, sequences, and resource requirements
• Manage and mentor Project Managers to ensure delivery excellence
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, burn rates, and revenue recognition
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Participate in business development by overseeing scoping, estimation, and proposals

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering software or technology implementation projects ($500k to $1MM)
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous engagements with various fee structures
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of financial concepts like margin and revenue recognition
• Experience with project estimation and writing SOWs and Change Orders
• Ability to work CST hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana
