Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise customer engagements through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Partner with customers to establish goals, scope, timelines, and success measures
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive-level communications
• Adapt delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models
• Maintain high-quality project artifacts including schedules, RAID logs, and backlogs
• Continuously improve delivery processes and team effectiveness

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-level projects
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies in client-facing roles
• Experience managing projects across Microsoft AI, cloud, infrastructure, data, and application environments
• Experience leading teams of 5-12+ members with budgets over $500,000
• Ability to build trust with senior and executive stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft Project
• Hands-on experience managing Scrum delivery and ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certifications
• Consulting experience working directly with enterprise customers
• Experience leading Microsoft-focused delivery or Enterprise CoPilot Adoption projects
• Product owner skills or CSPO/PSPO certification
