Responsibilities

• Own delivery governance and forecast accuracy to ensure predictable engineering cycles
• Maintain Jira hygiene and ensure blockers are surfaced immediately
• Translate high-level product vision into detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria
• Act as a bridge between team members to resolve friction and facilitate technical decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project or Delivery Management experience in Fintech or regulated environments
• Professional fluency in English and Russian
• Technical understanding of APIs, Backend architecture, and CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in QA, Analysis, or Engineering
• Experience adapting Scrum or Kanban frameworks to fast-moving teams
