Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and manage high-value client relationships across Dubai's real estate market
• Represent the Driven brand and mentor less experienced consultants
• Generate business independently and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market
• Strong negotiation, closing abilities, and a client-focused approach
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai secondary market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
