Responsibilities

• Leverage industry expertise and established networks to drive business growth
• Manage high-value client relationships
• Deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic real estate market

• Mentor less experienced consultants

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market
• Proven track record in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
