Senior Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of finished goods and materials produced by Outside Contract Manufacturing (OCM) partners
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, service, capacity, and supply continuity
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage key supplier relationships
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process and manage supplier performance
• Drive continuous improvement across the contract manufacturing network
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal quality standards
• Partner with Planning, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Operations, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Deep experience managing contract manufacturers
• Proven track record in negotiating complex supplier agreements
• Experience building long-term partnerships to support operational excellence
• Ability to travel approximately 10–15%
