Senior QAD Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture engagements for QAD ERP solutions with a focus on financial processes
• Serve as the primary financial SME providing guidance on General Ledger, AP/AR, Cost Management, and Regulatory Compliance
• Prepare and deliver tailored software demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
• Guide prospects through complex sales cycles as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders
• Lead client discovery to identify financial requirements and operational dependencies
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop winning proposals and Statements of Work
• Act as a liaison between sales, architecture, and consulting delivery teams
• Conduct assessments of existing financial systems to recommend QAD solutions or integrations
• Contribute to reusable assets such as demo scripts and solution templates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture, pre-sales, or consulting
• Deep functional expertise in ERP financial modules (QAD preferred)
• Proven ability to architect integrated enterprise solutions with a finance focus
• Executive-level communication skills for engaging with CFOs and Controllers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing verticals
• Experience with QAD Adaptive ERP (WebUI)
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional finance certification
• Background in financial systems implementation or business process re-engineering
• Experience with integration architecture between ERP and external reporting or tax systems
