Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and support full-cycle recruiting for strategic roles in digital experience, cloud, data/AI, and product innovation
• Recruit for diverse roles including UX/UI Designers, Cloud Architects, Data Scientists, and Security Engineers
• Evaluate candidates on technical domain expertise and consulting competencies
• Develop project-ready talent pipelines for digital transformation programs
• Review technical work samples, digital portfolios, and architectural documents
• Act as a strategic advisor to delivery and business development leads regarding talent needs

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of recruiting experience
• Direct experience hiring for digital, CX, cloud, app modernization, or data/AI roles
• Proven ability to evaluate design talent via portfolios
• Experience recruiting within consulting, digital agencies, or professional services
• Proficiency with modern ATS and sourcing tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong vocabulary in digital transformation and digital experience consulting
• Experience assessing consulting-specific skills like stakeholder management and client storytelling
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior, niche, and highly technical candidates
