Job Description
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of closing commercial deals with distributor partners, from the first touchpoint to the signed contract.
- Field negotiations with CEOs of multi-million companies and family-run businesses with no technology experience.
- Build connections with prospective customers via cold outreach, referrals, walk-ins to food markets, and existing relationships.
- Demo solutions live to suppliers, creating urgency from the first meeting.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen your professional network.
- Drive innovation and set new benchmarks for success beyond sales targets.
- Work with AI-powered tools, educating decision-makers and articulating business value.
- Create lasting partnerships with distributors and generate win-win outcomes.
- Propose new ideas, processes, and opportunities for best-in-class customer experiences.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS, ideally with complex sales cycles.
- Ability to influence deal sharing best practices and scale negotiation tactics.
- Proactive quota support for teammates.
- Internal collaboration with SDR, regional sales operations, manager, and team for pipeline management.
- Ownership of the sales process, with a focus on complex deals.
- Effective cross-departmental collaboration to align sales efforts and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Humble, focused, and team-first attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS sales experience in MENA/UAE region.
- Familiarity with food service or supply chain industries.
- Experience working with AI tools or technology-driven solutions.
