Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce solutions including flows, validation rules, custom objects, and integrations
• Serve as the primary support for Revenue users, resolving bugs and troubleshooting system errors
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into scalable designs
• Manage Salesforce data quality through deduplication, enrichment, and regular audits
• Administer users, roles, profiles, and security while managing changes through sandboxes
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline and performance visibility
• Evaluate and implement AI capabilities and agentic workflows across the GTM stack
• Document system architecture and train users to drive adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Deep fluency with declarative tools like Flow, validation rules, and permission sets
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with modern GTM stacks
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into documented system designs
• Strong service orientation and commitment to data integrity
• Enthusiasm for AI tools like Claude and AI-assisted workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Administrator certification
• Platform App Builder certification
