Senior SBA Eligibility Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the approval and closing of complex SBA and government-guaranteed loans
• Package proposed credit requests for agency approval and manage loan closing and funding
• Maintain the U.S. Small Business Loan Portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist SBA Lending Specialist Team Lead in forming policies and procedures to minimize risk
• Interface directly with borrowers to secure acceptance of terms and conditions
• Review and approve documentation for compliance with SBA program requirements
• Prepare SBA Authorizations and manage third-party document coordination
• Maintain reporting on assigned loans regarding status and processing actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of packaging and closing experience in the SBA industry
• Extensive knowledge of SBA regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
