Senior Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Develop reliable infrastructure components to support high-availability systems
• Work on integrations with blockchain networks and digital asset infrastructure
• Support systems related to token operations, permissions, and transaction workflows
• Improve system scalability, performance, observability, and operational resilience
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Node.js
• Proven track record of building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, Ethereum, and EVM-compatible ecosystems
• Understanding of token standards and blockchain transaction workflows
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with token standards such as ERC-1400 or multi-signature workflows
• Experience with institutional fintech infrastructure or custody providers
• Familiarity with compliance tooling, including KYC/AML integrations
• Experience working in lean, remote-first engineering environments
