Senior Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Develop reliable infrastructure components to support high-availability systems
• Work on integrations with blockchain networks and digital asset infrastructure
• Support systems related to token operations, permissions, and transaction workflows
• Improve system scalability, performance, observability, and operational resilience
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (primary stack)
• Proven experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems (Ethereum/EVM)
• Experience with databases and asynchronous systems
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with token standards such as ERC-1400
• Experience with permissions frameworks, multi-signature workflows, or transfer restriction mechanisms
• Experience with tokenization platforms, custody providers, or institutional fintech infrastructure
• Knowledge of compliance tooling including KYC/AML integrations and whitelisting frameworks
• Experience working in lean, remote-first engineering teams
