Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend, full-stack, or platform features for our multimodal AI system
• Implement and maintain data compliance controls including encryption, consent management, and audit logging
• Adhere to GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and other relevant privacy standards
• Build reliable integrations for voice AI, lead management, and workflow automation
• Write clean, testable code and participate in architecture and code reviews
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver secure, high-quality features
• Proactively improve system reliability, performance, and security

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proven experience implementing data compliance and privacy solutions in SaaS, AI, fintech, or healthtech
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of databases, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience building production systems handling user data securely at scale
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
