Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal platforms, tooling, and developer workflows to improve software development, testing, and deployment
• Identify opportunities to multiply engineering productivity and reduce developer friction
• Build practical AI-powered workflows to help engineers write, review, and ship software more effectively

Requirements

• Extensive experience building production software in modern engineering organizations
• Strong technical judgment regarding building, simplifying, or automating solutions
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and help shape a new Platform Engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Developer Experience or Platform Engineering teams
• Knowledge of CI/CD, release engineering, or software delivery systems
• Familiarity with engineering productivity frameworks like DORA or SPACE
