Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end development from solution design to production monitoring, including architecture and modeling
• Create reusable and scalable code while balancing business trade-offs and technical sustainability
• Review architecture, propose patterns, and influence technical decisions to ensure quality, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, product, design, and domain specialists
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous deployment strategies for large-scale products
• Configure and evolve code quality tools, testing, and observability standards
• Act as a technical reference, supporting peers through reviews and discussions to elevate collective delivery quality

Requirements

• Solid experience in frontend web development with React and Next.js
• Solid experience in backend web development focusing on services, APIs, asynchronous solutions, and event-driven architectures
• Generalist experience across the full development lifecycle
• Experience with frontend testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including modeling and query optimization
• Practical knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub, or SQS
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Node.js, Go, Java/Scala, or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GraphQL, BFF, and ElasticSearch
• Previous experience with multiple languages in large-scale environments
• Active involvement in the technology community or open source projects
