Senior Solutions Architect, Private Equity & M&A

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements from discovery through solution development
• Support technology due diligence, risk assessment, and M&A integration/carve-out planning
• Develop technology strategies aligned to client growth objectives and investment goals
• Design managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions
• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, and RFP responses
• Contribute to thought leadership and practice development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years of client-facing experience in technology consulting, managed services, or solutions architecture
• Experience leading complex pursuits and executive presentations
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting private equity firms or portfolio companies
• Experience with technology due diligence, M&A integration, or carve-outs
• Experience within an MSP, MSSP, or technology advisory practice
• Knowledge of value creation planning or technology transformation programs
• ITIL, cloud, cybersecurity, or project management certifications
