Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support
• Identify and map customer business problems to Cloudflare solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to enterprise customers
• Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) trials and technical validation activities
• Build and maintain relationships with technical champions within customer accounts
• Create professional technical content such as white papers and blog posts to share expertise
• Represent and evangelize Cloudflare at industry, cybersecurity, and developer events

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a customer-facing technical role within CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Ability to travel up to 50% to meet with prospects, attend conferences, and collaborate with teammates
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of customer network and application architectures
• Experience with hybrid architectures involving Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of application and network security, including DDoS, malware, and phishing
• Understanding of VPN, remote access challenges, and SD-WAN
• Experience with SIEM and log analytics platforms
