Responsibilities

• Develop new content and maintain existing content for tax products and courses
• Monitor developments in the tax profession and plan content development based on new pronouncements
• Write and review assessment questions including multiple choice, simulations, and essays
• Coordinate projects and timelines for content developed by subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Train SMEs on course templates and learning platforms
• Apply instructional design principles to develop content according to proprietary templates
• Maintain a library of current tax law changes and authoritative literature to ensure content currency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to production teams on content design

Requirements

• CPA and/or CMA credential required
• 5+ years of expertise in Taxation
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 2+ years of experience with content development
• Experience with project management tracking tools
