Senior Specialist, Technical Account Management - UAE

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on merchant business and payment data to uncover actionable insights
• Act as a payment performance consultant to boost authorization rates and revenue
• Serve as a strategic advisor during business reviews
• Act as the primary technical authority for merchant API integrations and infrastructure
• Lead responses to critical incidents and coordinate internal teams
• Project-manage technical initiatives including migrations and product launches
• Act as the voice of the merchant to shape the product roadmap
• Deliver expert training, workshops, and demos to merchants

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior, client-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Hands-on expertise with RESTful APIs
• Exceptional communication skills for C-level and engineering audiences
• Natural problem-solver comfortable with high-pressure technical incidents

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the end-to-end payment lifecycle
• Knowledge of core payment concepts like SCA, Tokenization, and MIT/CIT
• Direct experience with the MENA payments ecosystem (Mada, NPG, KNET, etc.)
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
