Senior Strategic Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain flexible financial models for revenue, expenses, and KPI trends
• Drive the budgeting process and maintain rolling and long-range forecast models
• Analyze profitability by product and payor mix to identify growth opportunities
• Support special projects including market expansion and operational efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with C-suite leaders to provide financial metrics and executive-level analyses
• Develop KPI dashboards for presentation to leadership and the Board of Directors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker (SQL knowledge is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proven ability to manage complex, dynamic financial models and conduct scenario analyses
