Senior Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecasting models across SKUs, categories, and dark store locations using statistical methods like time series and regression.
• Develop frameworks to manage demand variability from seasonality, promotions, and new product launches.
• Lead the weekly and monthly S&OP cadence, facilitating alignment across commercial, operations, and logistics teams.
• Set and monitor inventory targets to balance product availability against holding costs and waste.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract demand signals and build actionable BI dashboards.
• Translate complex demand signals and variance analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain, preferably in quick commerce, grocery, or e-commerce.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to write complex queries independently.
• Mastery of advanced Excel or Google Sheets for building complex data models.
• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting fundamentals (e.g., exponential smoothing, ARIMA).
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• MBA or supply chain certifications such as APICS/CSCP.
• Familiarity with AI/ML forecasting tools.
