About the Company

inBeat (part of Fieldtrip) is a tight-knit team of creative and analytical thinkers building performance-first creative systems and partnering with some of the world’s largest brands.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 open roles at once, including senior or strategic hires across Project Management, Creative, and UGC fields
• Build trust with senior hiring managers and the leadership team
• Run offer conversations solo for senior IC and team lead levels
• Mentor 1–2 junior recruiters
• Help shape the recruiting playbook as the company scales
• Partner with the Head of Talent on candidate leveling and seniority assessments

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in a marketing/advertising agency, services, or a remote-first tech company
• Proven track record of hiring senior individual contributors and first-time managers
• Ability to provide candid feedback to senior hiring managers
• Strong ability to mentor others
