Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple technical roles with a focus on velocity and high-quality talent
• Apply analytical problem-solving to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting outcomes
• Leverage AI agents and AI-driven sourcing to amplify recruiting output
• Use market insights to influence hiring decisions, leveling, and compensation strategy
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience and serve as a trusted advisor
• Maintain operational excellence in Ashby (ATS) and hit key recruiting KPIs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting top-tier Bay Area technical talent in hyper-growth environments
• Proven track record hiring senior, staff, and director-level roles in engineering, data, AI/ML, and product
• Experience meaningfully leveraging AI tools and data for sourcing and assessment
• Strong critical thinking and root cause analysis skills
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficiency with recruiting tech stacks like Ashby and Juicebox
